Located in Ganzeville (76400), our spacious 265 m² gîte offers the perfect setting for holidays with family or friends. It can accommodate up to 15 guests and 2 babies. Just a 5-minute drive away, you will also find our two apartments. Nestled in the Ganzeville–Bec-de-Mortagne valley, close to Étretat, the gîte enjoys a peaceful and unspoilt environment — ideal for hiking, swimming, and cycling.
Bedrooms & Bathrooms :
The gîte features 5 large bedrooms, each equipped with comfortable double beds (160 cm and 180 cm), including 3 bedrooms that can be converted into twin beds.
Upstairs, there is a modern bathroom with a walk-in shower, washbasin, and wall-hung WC.
On the ground floor, you will find a separate WC as well as a large bathroom with a freestanding bathtub and double vanity.
Facilities & Leisure :
The ground floor includes a fully equipped kitchen with an induction hob, oven, microwave, and fridge-freezer, as well as a laundry room with a washing machine and tumble dryer. The large dining room, featuring a fireplace, offers a warm and convivial space with three sofas and a dining table seating up to 12 guests (additional table available on request). For relaxation, enjoy a table football, a television, a 5.1 sound system, and a DVD player. The enclosed and landscaped garden, with its 66.5 m² tiled terrace, is equipped with outdoor furniture, a fire pit, a barbecue, and a gazebo — ideal for al fresco dining. Baby equipment such as cots and high chairs is available. Finally, a dedicated leisure room offers a variety of board games, an electronic dartboard, and a selection of books and magazines. High-speed fiber Wi-Fi is available.

Located in a quiet residential area in Fécamp, our apartment enjoys an ideal location close to local amenities such as a SuperMarket, a butcher’s shop, a bakery, fruit and vegetable shop, and a tobacco shop. Just 3 km from the beach, the harbour, and the train station (bus access), and 2 km from the town centre, the apartment is perfect for romantic stays or family holidays.
